Ola Jordan is intolerant to eggs.

The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' star used to have the dairy product for breakfast most mornings but has been forced to switch out her favourite snack for porridge or fruit because doctors have just confirmed her stomach can't handle them very well.

Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: "I'll have porridge with almond milk or, if I'm in a rush, I'll grab some fruit. I used to have eggs but I've just been told I'm intolerant."

And, although she watches what she eats and tries to work out as much as possible, the 34-year-old beauty has admitted she gains weight very quickly and easily.

She explained: "As I'm a dancer, I need to always be moving. I go to the gym as often as I can, which is usually about five times a week and I'll stay there for two hours. If I go away for a week and I don't exercise I can really feel it. Don't get me wrong, I don't love the gym but I love how it makes me feel afterwards ...

"I'm not one of those girls that finds it easy to look the way I look. I have to work for it - I have to get off my bum and go to the gym and I need to watch what I eat.

"There is no magic pill. If I ate everything I wanted and I didn't go to the gym then I would be much bigger than I am."

But, although she has to work hard to stay trim, Ola has admitted she loves her breasts because people assume she's had a boob job as they're so perky and big.

She added: "My boobs. I'll tell you why - everyone thinks I have implants and I really 100 per cent do not, on my mother's life. When I go on holiday and eat a bit more, my boobs look amazing and my friends will text me and say: 'Oh my God, in the picture you posted your boobs look amazing.' All I did was eat pizza. When I was in the jungle [for 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!'] I lost loads of weight and had no boobs so now people assume I had surgery, but I promise I didn't!"
