The inspiration of Prada fragrances
Thought like collages, the ten Olfactories of Prada dare original superpositions between a familiar evocation and what it can bring forth in our unconscious. Like sensual images, endearing since they are fed on contradictions, they twist a subject to reinvent it and are named after a song title by Prince, Axel Bauer or Brigitte Bardot, a film by Alain Resnais or François Truffaut ...
The author of Olfactories Prada

The essays
- Cargo de Nuit, a little marine thanks to the coumarine but chic thanks to the ambrette and the cedar.
- Day For Night, a subtly leathery amber.
- Double Dare, an ultra-racy leather.
- Heat Wave, an armful of exotic solar flowers to the extreme.
- Marienbad, a vanilla transcended by leather, amber and incense.
- Nue au Soleil, an orange flower warmed with patchouli.
- Pink Flamingos, a rose that flirts with cherry and iris.
- Purple Rain, an iris magnified by vetiver and neroli.
- Tainted Love, a violet nimbée of musk with inflections of lipstick.
- And finally A Song of Love, a cloud of neroli and tender musks.
