Coat with talc, which acts as an invisible sock, reducing friction; it is also a great shampoo dry shoes.
The evening
Massage your feet for a few minutes to revive blood circulation, muscle flexibility, joint mobility and elasticity of the skin, and balance the volume of the plantar dimples. For more efficiency, use a specific moisturizer (the skin of the feet is seven times thicker than that of the face) and massage energetically (to relax this part that carries two and a half times the weight of the body all day). The intermetatarsal spaces are drained with the thumbs, the fat pad is stretched and deeply squeezed from the base of the toes towards the back, and the heels are emphasized by concentric movements.
Two or three times a week
Divert an electric toothbrush to spend a few seconds on the furrows, on the side of the nails, especially big toes, to thoroughly clean and remove dead skin. Moisturize the cuticles to soften them, but never cut them.
Once or twice a month
A good scrub
