Hull FC boss Lee Radford has urged the players that missed the Challenge Cup final to prove their worth for the rest of the season.

The Black and Whites have already secured their first trophy of the season, after they beat Wigan Warriors at Wembley last weekend.

After an intense final and short break, Radford's men are back in training and ready to go ahead of their next Super League game against Leeds Rhinos on Thursday night.

Hull can still finish in the top four and qualify for the Grand Final and for the likes of Jordan Thompson, Steve Michaels, Brad Fash and Jansin Turgut it will be one last chance to play in the final.

Radford has now urged his troops to prove they deserve a place in the squad, just in case they can reach Old Trafford.

"I think for those who didn’t play at Wembley and even those on the bench in that game, there is a four game march now to put their best foot forward for the play-offs and hopefully play in a semi-final to go to a Grand Final,” he told the Daily Mail.

"The next few weeks are really big games for those individuals."
