1 fresh salmon fillet
1 jar of Intense Fruity Cassis of Bonne Maman
Coriander beans
2 sprigs of fresh dill
3 big red onions
20g of butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 spoon of walnut oil
2 tablespoons caster sugar
500g firm-fleshed potatoes
250g of gourmet peas
250g of young carrots
12 radishes
1 bunch of chives

Steps

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.

2nd step

Prepare the salmon fillet long, flat and a little thick. Season coriander seeds and fresh dill on the outside. Salt and pepper.

Step 3

Spread a thin layer of Fruity Intense Cassis . Wrap the net on itself (Fruitée Intense in the center).

Step 4

Peel the potatoes and steam them for 20 to 25 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking, add the young carrots previously washed, then 3 minutes the gourmet peas.

Step 6

In a non-stick pan, melt butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add onions , sugar and fry slowly, stirring constantly to obtain a compote.

Step 7

Place the salmon on a bed of roasted onions in a baking dish.

Step 8

Bake for 15mm.

Step 9

Meanwhile, crush the potatoes with a fork and add a spoonful of walnut oil, chopped chives, salt and pepper.
