ingredients

- 5 sweet oranges
- 8 kumquats
- 2c. orange blossom water
- 2 tbsp. orange honey or lavender
- 30g unsalted pistachio

Steps

Step 1

Peel 4 oranges and cut them slices over a fruit bowl to get the juice that flows. Cut each kumquat into 8 quarters and put them in the fruit bowl.

2nd step

Squeeze the juice from the last orange and mix it with honey and orange flower water, pour over the fruit and refrigerate.

Step 3

Crush the pistachios and brown them in a pan.

Step 4

When serving, sprinkle with pistachio fruit .

Even more festive, serve this salad accompanied by a mandarin sorbet or a pistachio ice cream
