ingredients

500 g of filet mignon
500 g dried fruits (grapes, prunes without stones, apricots, figs)
1 tea bag (to choose)
1 tbsp. to s. honey
2 tbsp. to c. of paprika
1 4 tbsp. to s. olive oil.

Steps

Step 1

The day before, brew the tea in 5 dl of hot water . Let cool, add the dried fruits, let them swell all night.

2nd step

The same day, mix 1 tbsp. olive oil and paprika , coat the filet mignon; let stand 1 hour.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (tea 8). Put the filet mignon in a baking dish, surround it with drained fruit. Mingle 4 tbsp. oil and honey, salt, pour over fruit and tenderloin. Bake 45 minutes. Serve hot.

tips

Our tip l For a tender filet mignon, take it out of the fridge 2 hours before cooking. Watch the cooking from 25 min: as soon as it is firm, still a little flexible under the finger, check if it is white at heart and stop cooking. Let it sit for 10 minutes in a sheet of aluminum before cutting.
