500 g strawberries and wild strawberries

40 g pure cocoa powder
250g of flour
60 g icing sugar
1 egg yolk
150 g of very soft butter

For the cream
300 g chocolate 64% cocoa
25 cl of liquid whole cream
1 dl of milk
2 big eggs

Steps

Strawberry chocolate tart

Prepare the dough : mix in a salad bowl flour, cocoa, sugar, butter in small pieces, egg yolk. Rub with your fingertips to smash everything into crumbs, and form a ball by tamping. Surround with plastic film, let stand 2 hours in the fridge (not in the fridge).

Spread this very friable paste on a large sheet of baking paper, with a floured roll and with your fingers. Dough on paper, line a 26 cm mold, preferably with a removable bottom. Cover with a second sheet of paper and a good layer of legumes. Stitch the dough through the paper, place at least 15 minutes in the fridge and preheat the oven to 190 ° C (5 th). Bake 10 min. Remove vegetables and paper, rewrap 3 min. Let cool.

Prepare the cream : heat over medium-low heat by turning, chocolate squares, cream and milk, until a dark and smooth cream. Take off the heat, wait 2 minutes, add the eggs. Pour on the crust. Cook for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C (tea 4).

tips

To serve : Wash the strawberries in the colander under the tap, dry on a cloth, plant, put them at the last moment on the pie.
