What is fish bodycure?

Softer than a traditional scrub , the Fish bodycure is a natural and ecological scrub that deals with removing dead skin from your body while being a relaxing treatment ... Provided you are not afraid of fish and do not be ticklish! Otherwise, the care can quickly turn into laughter ...

To have an exfoliated body , we invite you to swim in clear water filled with small fish called "Garra Rufa". They are gray and without physical particularity and they can measure 8 cm in basin.
They will, by micro-aspirations dislodge dead skin from your body for 30 minutes or more if your skin is leathery.
And as after a scrub, your skin is exfoliated and purified, a real moment of well-being!

The course of the session
As soon as you arrive at one of the Fish Bodycure institutes, the beautician scans your skin and nails to make sure you have no open sores, fungus, wart or other cheers.
Then, you are invited to completely disinfect yourself with an antiseptic solution.
You are then provided with a swimsuit before going to meet your fish friends in an individual pool.

To get into the bath, we advise you to go very slowly. You are not likely to crush the fish but it is better to gradually feel the contact with them.
But rest assured, no pain is possible since the fish are peaceful and toothless . You just have to survive the first two minutes that could discourage the most ticklish!

Once in the water, the fish naturally go to the place which is for them best filled with dead skin.
And as the dead cells are sucked and not gummed , the dead skin renews less quickly so you keep your skin soft and exfoliated longer!

When you go out of your care, you disinfect again.
