Honey, an antibacterial sugar

The nutritional advantages of honey: the main advantage of honey lies in the carbohydrates it contains, which blend well with many desserts, hot drinks and dairy products. Honey, contrary to popular belief, is not an important source in terms of minerals and vitamins.

How do I consume it? If you want to refuel, it is recommended to take a spoonful of royal jelly for six weeks, before breakfast.

Pollen, a natural antioxidant

Bees feed on pollen. You too can benefit from the benefits of pollen, collected and conditioned by beekeepers.

The nutrition assets of pollen: pollen contains many nutrients, but in small quantities. It contains, among other things, B vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and proteins, but not enough to cover your nutritional needs.

Health benefits of pollen : pollen has antioxidant, detoxifying and fight against fatigue. It is also known for strengthening the immune system and improving memory. If you are allergic to pollen, know that some allergists advise to apply locally to treat it.


How do I consume it? Ideally, take a cure for 3 months in early fall and spring, 30 to 40g to start. Then, between 15 and 20g in maintenance. Consume it on an empty stomach.

Propolis, an anti-cold ally

Bees use propolis to protect their hive from microbes thanks to its antiseptic and antibiotic properties. It is therefore excellent to prevent small pains of winter.

The nutritional advantages of propolis: it is rich in flavonoids, very powerful antioxidants, but also in trace elements such as silica, zinc and iron.


The health benefits of propolis: propolis calms sore throats and clears the respiratory tract, so it is particularly indicated in cases of colds, angina or rhinitis.

How do I consume it? It comes in different forms: capsules, liquid, lozenges, spray or syrup. Its dosage depends on the chosen form and its concentration.
