A diet ally: the pear
Poor in calories , the pear includes 58 per 100 grams of raw fruit. It is a good palliative sweet impulses during dieting because partly thanks to its softness, but also its high fiber content, it fills the cravings and brings a quick feeling of satiety .

Although the pear is still a food of choice during a diet for its low calorie characteristics, people monitoring their diabetes rate will ensure not to consume it in a reckless way. During a low calorie diet, it is better to consume them in the morning for their energy intake and thus avoid absorbing too much sugar before bedtime.
