ingredients
4 very fine veal scallops
12 thin slices of Swiss AOC Gruyère
8 slices of Grisons meat
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. tablespoon breadcrumbs
Steps
Step 1
Spread the veal scallops.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
2nd step
Cover them as much as possible with meat slices from Graubünden and Swiss Gruyère AOC.
