Sebastian Vettel is hoping Ferrari can find an extra edge in qualifying ahead of this weekend's British Grand Prix.
The German currently leads the Drivers' Championship by 20 points but has not won a race since May's Monaco GP, while he has only started on pole once in 2017.
Silverstone is a track that should suit the SF70H and Vettel may feel he has a point to prove at the venue, having won there only once in his career.
The 30-year-old admits it is hard not to have been pleased with his team's season to date but that does not mean he is anywhere near satisfied.
Vettel believes there is one clear area for improvement ahead of this week's race in Britain, insisting that they must find a way to match Mercedes in qualifying.
"It should be a good track for us," Vettel told the German broadcaster RTL. "Silverstone is full of fast corners."
"I think we can improve a bit in qualifying. Mercedes seem to be able to pull out a bit more performance than us."
