Five-time champion Venus Williams is through to the Wimbledon final after beating Johanna Konta in straight sets.
Konta, who was playing in her first semi-final at SW19, was unable to reproduce the form she had shown earlier in the tournament.
The sixth seed had the crowd behind her on Centre Court but she was unable to deliver as Williams secured a 6-4 6-2 win.
While Konta will move into the top five in the world rankings, Williams will now do battle with Spain's Garbine Muguruza after she beat Magdalena Rybarikova 6-1 6-1.
Speaking after her win over Konta, Williams admits it would be amazing to add a sixth title to her collection.
She told BBC Sport: "I've played a lot of finals here. One more win will be amazing. It won't be a given but I'll give it my all.
"The crowd were very nice to me. The crowd were so fair, I know they love Jo. I think Jo handled the pressure.
"No point was easy. I tried to climb on top and get another point."
