ingredients
4 bagels
150 g fresh goat cheese
2 zucchini
1/3 of bunch of chives
2 basil branches
2 branches of flat parsley
1 branch of tarragon
4 tbsp. to s. olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper
Steps
Step 1
Wash, dry the herbs. Blow them up and chisel them. In a bowl, crush the goat cheese with a fork and 2 tbsp. to s. of olive oil and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Book.
2nd step
Wash the zucchini. Cut the ends, then trim them in length into thin strips. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet and brown the zucchini strips 2 or 3 min.
Step 3
Cut the bagels in half in thickness and grill them. Spread 4 halves with herbed cheese, spread over zucchini, cover with other half of bagel and serve.

Grill the bagels in the toaster or under the oven grill. ?
Zucchini can be replaced by a mixture of grilled vegetables: peppers, tomatoes, eggplants.
For a more complete bagel, add some smoked turkey or some cold rosbeef.
