2 x 2 chicken breasts (2 x 330 g)
100 g bacon smoked matches
1 can of tomato meat with basil
1 small kale
1 big onion
2 1 tbsp. to s. olive oil

Steps

Chicken breasts with spring cabbage

1 Remove the too hard leaves around the cabbage, cut it in 4, remove the white stalk, immerse the cabbage for 5 minutes in a large volume of boiling salted water; drain.

2 Brown the bacon for 2 minutes in a slow-heat oven. Add the chopped onion and 2 tbsp. to s. olive oil, cabbage, 4 large spoons. to s. of tomato flesh, 5 cl of water, salt, freshly ground pepper. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
