Ed Sheeran believes his Game Of Thrones character is already dead.

The singer, who was able to get a tiny role in the popular series, has fulfilled a small dream with the cameo. In the first episode of the seventh and penultimate season, he was allowed to sit around the campfire as a Lannister soldier and even sing. Twitter was mockery and ridicule, but the 26-year-old was not put off. Nobody knows what happened to his character so far, and he himself could only speculate against 'MTV': "We were all very young, these soldiers. I don't think I survived very long, to be honest too many dragons in this world. " He said in a subdued manner: "Nobody wants to see me again. I wanted a cameo and I got it too."

However, director Jeremy Podeswa was enthusiastic: "I think Ed did a wonderful job. He is a great actor and an endearing person. He was a perfect fit for the role because he had to sing. If the audience didn't know him they would hardly have thought about it twice. (...) He did a great job on the show and he looks like he belongs in this world. "
