Collateral damage of a time that is gray mine, rain boots, super waterproofness, are usually worn in (particularly) wet areas and (quite) muddy. The most concrete example being the Glastonbury Festival, where glamorous celebrities and it-girls of the moment prefer to land in Hunter boots rather than sacrificing their latest pair of shoes (siglée).

Rain boots, new generation

From the muddy ground of the festivals to the glittering podiums of the parades, the rain boots are rehabilitated by the fashion sphere. Revised and corrected, in an ultra-desirable way, by the biggest brands, these boots with rubberized materials are placed at the feet of the biggest stars, as well as the most experienced models.

Ultra-chic by Lemon Jelly, falsely sober at Saint Laurent, certainly glittery at Asos and with faux-tunes of fringed boots at André ... The models of the autumn-winter 2017-2018 collections give us (really) desire to adopt them.

How to wear rain boots?

Rain boots combine well with a slip dress , as a denim shorts or a skater skirt . Only constraint: prefer ultra-feminine pieces and mini cut, to counter the mastoc appearance of shoes. For days of severe weather, we put more on the slim or leggings, returned to the boots, just not to take cold.
