Steps

Step 1

1 Ask the fishmonger to chop and lift the fillets of red mullet : you get 8. Put 4 skin nets under 4 sheets of brick, not far from the edge. Spread them with tapenade . Cover with the other 4 fillets, skin on top.

2nd step

2 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 4). Wrap the fish tightly in the pastry sheets. Tie the ends to give the appearance of a big candy. Coat olive oil with a brush.

In a domestic oven, most of the time less efficient than a chef equipment, the cooking time can be a little longer: up to 10-12 min.

Do not squeeze too tightly: the sheet of brick would tear.
