The idea of genius

The user manual
The Baume Beauté Eclair applies in a fine coat just before the makeup, on the face, the outline of the eyes, the neck and the area of the décolleté. It can also be used two or three times a week in mask, to apply in thick layer and to leave to act for 10 min before wiping the excess.
