How it works ?

The cosmonaut regime prohibits the consumption of oil, butter, margarine, and sugar (except artificial sweeteners); and advocates the consumption of water, even in the form of coffee or infusion, from 8 glasses to 2 liters per day. Breakfast : skimmed milk, accompanied by tea or coffee

Lunch: 3 boiled eggs and a tomato or 1 fillet of 200 grams of grilled meat and a green salad.

Dinner: 1 fillet of 200 grams of grilled meat and a green salad or 150 grams of defatted York ham and 1 skimmed yogurt

His advantages

The cosmonaut diet is effective in terms of weight loss, up to 3 pounds in 3 days. In addition, it is spread over a short period (14 days maximum), which helps to make it bearable.

Its disadvantages

Very strict, the cosmonaut regime is however difficult to follow. Roughly modifying eating habits, it can be the cause of dietary deficiencies and feeling of fatigue. Finally, fast weight loss is not always sustainable.
