The Kot diet was based on this observation to create a diet from light dishes that make it feel like eating before, fewer calories.

The Kot diet: how does it work?
The principle of Kot diet is not to deprive oneself ... But by cracking only on specific products: those of the mark. Menus are therefore composed using Kot food products, which contain good protein, a low glycemic index and have a satiating effect, which reduces its caloric intake and therefore lose weight quickly. Bread, pancakes, pizza, creams ... You can cook almost anything with these bags.

This slimming program is composed of three phases:
- an intensive phase with four to six Kot preparations per day that can last up to a month
- a stabilization phase with two to four preparations per day, which should last twice as long as the first phase
- a maintenance phase with one or two preparations per day

Of course, the Kot preparations are not the only foods allowed by this diet: you can also consume raw vegetables and vegetables cooked at will, meat, fish or eggs, dairy products at 0% or 20% fat , 2 tablespoons of oil a day, starchy foods and fruits.

Kot Diet: the benefits
This slimming program promises a regular weight loss: between 500g and 1.5 kilos per week, or up to 6 kilos in one month, which would be very correct. The dishes and ingredients are very varied and avoid both deficiencies and frustrations: no fatigue or irascibility in the program! In addition, medical studies have shown that this diet can reduce by half the size of fat cells, the cells that store fat. Not to mention that the stabilization and maintenance phases help to avoid the yo-yo effect and therefore to regain weight.

Kot diet: the disadvantages
From a health point of view, no inconvenience has yet been pointed out about the Kot diet. Note however that the program has a significant cost: count about 135 euros for two weeks.
