The banned methods of thinness

The decree published following the report of the High Authority of Health on slimming methods concern two types of techniques.

- Non-invasive methods such as lasers, infrared and other ultrasounds that are suspected of serious danger .
Their mission? Destroy the fat cells of our body. The danger of these techniques is that there is a risk that other cells (non-greasy) are affected , which would create very unsightly and painful inflammation . Today, by prevention, they are forbidden , even when practiced by real doctors.

- Invasive methods generally used as an alternative to dangerous cosmetic surgery procedures .
The problem ? Very often, they cause side effects that can leave very dangerous sequels for health. Infections, inflammatory complications, burns and even necrosis have been observed many times according to the procedures performed on patients.

Authorized methods and still relevant

With this controversy , it's hard to know which weight loss technique is still allowed. Generally, the methods practiced in physiotherapy and beauty salons are "safe". They respect the functioning of the body and significantly improve the texture of the skin ... after several sessions!

You can therefore without fear practice mechanical rolling palpation (which sucks the skin between 2 rolls), manual drainage (which activates the microcirculation), electrostimulation (which activates the muscles for a firming of the body), modeling or manual massage (to improve the texture of the skin) and ipoaspiration (which is a surgical technique that treats the areas "filled" with fat, but not without risk ...)
