Kurt Zouma says he will be supporting Stoke City from the sidelines when they take on parent club Chelsea on Saturday.
Zouma joined Stoke from Chelsea at the start of the season as he looks to get over his nightmare injury-hit campaign last term, and has enjoyed a very good start in the Potteries.
However, he is ineligible to play against his parent club tomorrow, meaning he will miss out on football for the first time this season.
Zouma, however, says his current loyalties now lie with Stoke and, although it will be a strange feeling, he will be supporting them when watching from the stands.
"I am a Chelsea player, I signed a contract there and I love the club, but for now, I am a Stoke City player and my loyalties lie here," he said.
"It is a difficult moment for me because I would love to play in this game, it is a big occasion against a top side and everybody wants to play in these occasions."
