Decompress with the bailotherapy

Born in Venezuela, this discipline combines aerobics and Latin dance on an ethnic Afro-Venezuelan rhythm.

How is the course going? We warm up from head to toe, then we sway gently as the merengue wants. The pace accelerates with aerobics moves and becomes frenetic with cha-cha-cha , samba and mambo . Then return to calm on an oriental music before being again in the effervescence of the dance. The course ends in serenity, that Randy, star of the bailotherapy in France, calls the "return to reality".

The benefits ? It is a natural anti-depressant ! We leave the course "emptied", but with a morale of steel. In addition, one burns between 500 and 1000 calories in 1 h . Two classes a week are enough to refine the hips and firm buttocks and calves.

A clever mix of 3 martial arts ( tai-chi-chuan, taekwondo and aikido ) that mix modern jazz , yoga and Alexander and Feldenkrais methods .

How is the course going? Barefoot and music, we chained warm-ups , figures and stretching . Accessible to all, the Nia offers three levels of intensity for each movement. In class, everyone is free to accentuate or reduce the rhythm or the range of gestures and movements.
