Smooth the forehead
Tone the eye contour
- Position: keeping your back and face straight, close your eyes without squinting.
- The right gestures: in small circles, gently massage around the eyes with the fingertips counterclockwise, first on the surface, then deeper.
Do the same on the upper and lower eyelids.
Continue above the eyebrows, towards the temples and the middle of the cheeks. During the massage, try to open the eyelids , which resist and remain closed.
- How long ? From 1 to 3 min.
Sculpt your cheeks
- The position: form a big O with your mouth , then move your lips and open your eyes.
- The right gestures: by breathing calmly, massage cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds and chin on the surface , then in depth, by applying gentle pressure or small circles.
Again, try to gently distort the O that resists.
In the end, slowly release the contraction of the lips and close the mouth.
- How long ? From 1 to 3 min.
Smooth the forehead
- The position: open your eyes, look up. Raise your eyebrows without creasing your forehead.
- Good gestures: massage the temples, eyebrows and forehead with your ten fingers, drawing small circles on lines from the top of the head to the neck, and mobilizing the scalp.
In the end, close and slowly open your eyes again.
