To lose 10 kilos without frustrations
On his blog (slender-attitude) Jean-Claude Gouigoux describes and tells how day after day, he managed to lose 10 pounds without following a 'miracle' method but by imposing himself limits.
Before losing weight for medical reasons in a given time, JC Gouigoux, after meeting a nutritionist , took stock and modified his lifestyle and food.
Thus, he began by removing the glasses of alcohol that he took each evening as an aperitif and with them, the crackers . He also eliminated the chocolate nibbled before the TV during the film of 20:30.
How to eat?
Soon he understood that hunger, or at least what he thought was hunger, often declared himself by 'tradition' and not by a real need to eat.
Think about it, the more you eat, the more you feel hungry , your body gets used to receiving a certain amount of food and always asks for more. By narrowing your quantities and eating only when you really have a 'hollow' and not because it is 19:30, you will take care of your body and your line will be lightened.
Another advice brought by JC Gouigoux, stop eating as soon as you are no longer hungry. Prepare smaller rations so you do not have the feeling of 'spoiling' and do not feel obliged to finish the dishes: the leftovers can sometimes give rise to other very tasty menus. Moreover, leaving the table having eaten well but no more than it should, allows for easier digestion.
What to eat?
When Mr Gouigoux was in a period of ' food rehabilitation ' not to say diet, he fed himself as follows:
In the morning, he took a fruit such as an orange with a green tea, two slices of bread with a little bit of butter spread well.
At lunch and dinner, the entree was always raw vegetables, the main dish of meat or fish with green vegetables. Finally for dessert, a dairy type yogurt and a fruit came to conclude the meal.
As you can see starch was forbidden, be careful any time because any good nutritionist advises a minimum portion per day, depending on the profiles.
Tips for motivating yourself and losing weight
If you are brave, have time and you master word or Excel software, create a diary-like graph: every day insert your weight as a 'stick' . In this way, you will be able to see your efforts visually and encourage you to continue 'on the right track'. It will also allow you to become aware of the consequences of a 'skid' as small as it is. This trick was made by JC Gouigoux who was able to see the fluctuations of his weight and see how quickly he reached his various objectives.
Of course, to lose weight , physical activity is strongly recommended. Walk at least 30 minutes a day and ride your bike as often as possible: discover nature, no problem parking, body maintenance ... think of all the benefits of using the bike!
