The Rugby Football Union has suspended Wakefield Trinity prop Adam Walker after he tested positive for cocaine.
The 26-year-old Scotland international only joined the club from St Helens during this Super League campaign and has played seven games so far.
However, a drug test following Trinity's 36-8 victory at Widnes Vikings on July 14 has come back positive for cocaine so under the UK Anti-Doping protocol, the RFU have immediately suspended Walker from all training and playing activity.
"The club fully respects this suspension," said Trinity's statement. "[We] are currently reviewing this matter. There will be no further comment at this time."
Walker is the second player to test positive for cocaine from that game after Widnes' Rangi Chase was also suspended Thursday.
